What are the benefits: decreased risk of  depression and improves digestion.

Try this  tasty choc mousse

2 large avocados

1/4 cup of good cocoa powder

1/4 cup dark chocolate chips( melted)

1/4 cup almond or coconut milk

1 tsp good vanilla extract 

If you want to make sweeter add a natural one such as stevia!
