We at WTY understand the different trimesters of pregnancy and the effects they have on women. Even if you are already pregnant it’s never too late to start and we can tailor the sessions to meet your needs. We create a tailored pre-natal session plan to help get you ready for the big day and a postnatal plan to get you back into a healthy routine.

* We at WillTrainYou strongly recommend you get your six week clearance from you doctor before you begin you postnatal training.
